No right to recall for products:
- a. which have been realised by Tiqs in accordance with specifications of the consumer
- b. which are clearly of a personal nature
- c. which cannot be returned due to their nature
- d. which can spoil quickly or become old
- e. of which the price is linked up with fluctuations on the financial market on which
- f. Tiqs has no influence;
- g. of single papers and magazines;
- h. for audio and video recording and computer software from which the consumer has broken the seal
- i. for tickets or services for events with a specific date or time
